One of my models got banned for a misunderstanding reason

I'd like to recover one of my models account called susannadoll because she was talking about roleplay allowed in cb, and it was misunderstod as trying to meeting or something like that, but if you check messages there is never a place or personal information shared to meeting in real life.

I'll be really thankful if someone can check it for me
