Yes, we all know that. I uploaded the document that Paxum requires. But there is also an option to check that you do not have a TIN, but you have to write the document number or personal identification number there. And I probably wouldn't rely on whether the authorities report it or not. No one will write here whether they have a TIN or not. If you make a change that Paxum requires, it is likely that they will also want proof of address, for example, a bank account for energy, which must not be older than 90 days.
I uploaded a document about paying for waste. I got the document directly from the office where the name and address of the payment must be. I was afraid that they wouldn't approve the document, but luckily they approved it.

It's already been discussed. They ask for it because it's now a requirement. If they ask for it then assume they will also report the information because that is also part of the requirement. It's also not a big deal since you should be self reporting that income anyway.
