I need assistance with a payment that has not been received.
A wire transfer was sent on March 3rd, 2026, and I was provided with an MT103 confirmation. However, my bank has confirmed there is no record of this transaction (not received, pending, or rejected).
I did receive a response from the payment provider on March 27th confirming the MT103, but there have been no updates since then.
I have already contacted support multiple times and submitted a request on April 17, but I have not received a response or a ticket number.
Could you please help escalate this issue or provide a ticket reference for follow-up?
