Good morning, for the last two weeks I’ve been having issues with CB and receiving my payout.
I cashed out about $1k last week. I emailed them and asked how long it would take since it’s my first time. They told me my payment was held up because I didn’t have a W9 on file. Cool, understandable, kinda, IMO, stupid how I wasn’t reached out to about that until I emailed them but whatever. I got told Thursday (7/17) that my W9 was received and that I’ll get my payment in 7 business days or before. Cool! I wait.
And I wait.
And I waited until yesterday (7/23). I email again just to touch base and make sure there’s nothing else they need. And then I get told my payment is being held because they don’t have a W9 for me on file… again. Excuse me? Absolutely ridiculous. I’m livid. Now I have to wait even longer for my money because of this. I emailed them back and attached all the previous emails I received asking for a W9 last week, me sending it and the “confirmation” emails I received about my payment being processed as well. I’m honestly a little discouraged from even broadcasting on there anymore.
