Hey @punker barbie I am pretty desperate. On the 30th of june i requested the payout for 15 to 30th, the tokens left the account. On the first of july i realised someone entered my cosmo account so out of panick i removed the payout method from chaturbate( even Tho it was written that removing payout method won t Affect curent payout). The money never entered the account and on the 4th of july i managed to secure the cosmo payment and re added on the site. Now the chaturbate support, without even reading my real problem, responded that they see i ve added the payout method on the 4th. But this is not true, i had done the cash out while still having the Cosmo on, then removed it and added again on the 4th when i securised it . The issue is the payout never arrived and I want to know what happened with it, thank you so much! The case number is #948481
