Please help :( Acct banned from someone walking into the room unexpectedly… I cannot verify his id because he was a stranger and was not streaming.

I have used cb for years and now have 17k followers. I follow the rules and love the site. I was at my boyfriend of the times home. We were both verified and streamed together. A friend of his or acquaintance came in to ask him something so she appeared on screen for 1 minute or less but it wasn’t intentional, nor is she a cb user or want to be. She just realized we were streaming and was like oh my bad. And walked out of the screen.

So now I’ve been banned. From unverified user. However I cannot verify her as she is a stranger to me and have no way to contact her. She will never ever now will anyone else appear in my camera and I want to stream alone. I really need help. Also, my tokens are trapped on there… I can promise she will never appear again or anyone else . Support when I messaged twice misunderstood and thought I just didn’t add or verify her. Could they give me one chance, and it won’t happen again. It was completely accidental. Both times support hasn’t known what I meant and has asked for an id and photo etc. I miss CB and my friends on there… I follow all the rules. Please please help.

Why don't you just ask the boyfriend for the contact information? Clearly he knew her well enough to where she's comfortable just walking in on you two unannounced...right?

Your odds of being unbanned without her ID verification are slim.
