But what really stands out to me is the rudeness that he constantly shows to other people.
He routinely calls those in the media 'stoooooopid', 'dumb', 'terrible', 'awful' with impunity, yet if any one of those individuals said the same publicly to him, I bet they would be served with legal papers in a heartbeat.

It won’t matter, and the reporter would just be fired.

Unfortunately I think that’s the reason we don’t hear more. It’s hard to take a stand/take the risk when you know from precedent it will only impact you and not him.

that's one of the biggest disappointments that's come from him being in power.

The general consensus is it's a cult of personality and there is no one who can replace him. But that said, remember all of this is to keep his rotting corpse out of jail and out of The Hague. It can't last forever.

They already learned not to lean too hard on his cult of personality from his first term, or rather, to use it most effectively as a distraction. It's why they drafted their vile Project 2025 counter-Constitution, so they could carry on doing the most harm once in power, with or without him. People are dismissive of seemingly nebbish weirdos like Johnson or Vance, but it is invariably those types of people who take the reins of power once the Personality is gone, and they stick around for decades, and do as much damage as possible.

That is the general consensus but I just simply disagree with it. Everything Trump is doing has happened under other presidents. Just not all at once necessarily. But what I'm getting at is that the position allows for such abuse of power and it's only ever a matter of time before an extremist group takes advantage of the position again. I think no one wants to address that because we have no precedent for what a new version of the government could look like.

I don’t blame the USA player or the team, or Trump for trying for that matter - it’s Infantino - he’s a spineless corrupt FIFA mafia President with zero integrity who’s shamelessly crumbled in to Trump’s will for all to see. It’s embarrassing.
