Pornhub exclusivity and live streaming on chaturbate

Can someone confirm if I understand this right? I'm not allowed to take Video File Abc and upload it to both sites, but I can make video Abc and then make video Def and upload one to each of them as long as they're different. But what about just doing a live stream that doesn't get saved? Am I completely barred from using Chaturbate at all if I enter into the "exclusivity" deal with Pornhub for the 5% bump in ad revenue? Any help is greatly appreciated.

Or you could take the same clip and upload to clips4sale, manyvids, iwantclips, and Chaturbate. If you wanna keep using pornhub, use it to funnel traffic to your other sites that is in compliance with TOS.

The part that's tripping me up is, "I hereby license, assign, and convey to Pornhub the exclusive right to reproduce, distribute, publicly display and publicly perform on any website or online platform on which content is made available for free or without a subscription payment any or all of the content that I have uploaded to Pornhub or will in the future upload to Pornhub (the "Content").

It seems like the 5% exclusivity bump isn't worth it when there's so many other sites to potentially monetize on. Am I getting that right?

that pretty much states you are giving pornhub the right to use your content for promotional material and you cant say no or say how your content is used. usually, camsites let you back out of this if you do geoblocking or ask to be removed from that.
