I got a notice that demonetization will be rolled out in the next few months based on upload frequency. The introduction of tiers could be great for my earnings. I have decent hopes for this new admin ethical capital versus the old mindgeek. I guess I needed a reason to upload again, I took a break because I wanted to see what the new owners would be doing for us. Unsure if we have 4K available again, and I haven't even given uviu a looksee.
Creators, how do you feel about the new rules/tiers?

I dont understand how they think it's ok to demonetize content that has been uploaded that they are still making money on, but for some reason it becomes ok to stop paying the creator if they stop uploading?. TBH if I hadnt stopped uploading there over a different issue, this would make me stop uploading there completely.

Personally for me 7 minutes is a sellable clip and not something I would be uploading for free.

The interface on the uviu site is as bad as the name imo.

ETA: I find it kind of ironic that a company called "Ethical Capital" is making such unethical policy's

im interested to see if there is a massive removal of content from creators. because pornhubs traffic is mostly people who dont want to pay for porn. so what's the point of posting yourself on their network if your unable to push out new content and the traffic is stingy? but like you said why post a clip for free when it can be sold? the whole point of doing clips is the residual/passive income. idk i worry about burnout. youtubers are constantly talking about how miserable they are because they are encouraged to keep pumping out content. YT's algorithm will punish them if too much time in between uploads. PH is going to take away money while they still make money off your body. the fucking ICK.

This is the biggest thing for me. Even my sellable clips are under 7 minutes usually. The only thing I'll upload for free there are old camshows that also advertise for my Onlyfans. I'd be much more likely to upload more often if I could post 2-3 minute clips.

I looked at it when it first launched and it's been beyond confusing to navigate. I originally wanted to use it as another Onlyfans type page where I upload short clips throughout each week but it's not nearly as easy to use as OF, and hard to figure out on the customer side, IMO. To me it is just their new version of the previous PH Fan Club.

speaking of which, I may just pop some clips in resolve and duplicate them so they play twice to total over 7 mins :D

30 seconds on a loop for 20 mins counts right? make it 8k to take up as much disk space as possible... call the video protesting naked 😂

Imagine the blowback youtube would get if they were like "so now to keep your videos monetized you have to keep uploading, you take a break and we wont pay you anymore", like not pushing the videos into featured if the channel becomes inactive is one thing, but not paying for that content anymore is just something else.

They sent me a link to sign up back in Nov the signup link didnt work... I was like "well that's a great start". The biggest thing that ph fanclub had over onlyfans and every other fan site imo was that they would get a discount on videos through modelhub, which is what I thought the new site (which I cant remember the name of and even google struggles to find it when you do remember the name) was ment to be replacing. I still want to find out if they were playing the free on premium videos after they stopped paying us for the premium video ad views since people could still buy pornhub premium with bank transfer and crypto, and since they didnt remove the videos themselves I have a funny feeling they were keeping 100% of that ad revanue.

I think it's just one more reason not to use PH
I get too much traffic from PH to my onlyfans to just up and quit it. The extra few bucks for ads and random vid purchase or fan club payment is a nice bonus that I’d like to not lose. So we’ll see.

I tweeted that exact thing. The name seems a little shady.

Same, tbh kind of supprised how little interaction that tweet got. Although anything other than video promo never gets much interaction for me so maybe I shouldnt be supprised.

I used to use PH just to upload video previews. Going forward I will string together all my video previews for a month to make a 7 minute or longer video. I'm not going to create sellable content and give it away for free.

I have to second this. It is a great source of advertisement for only fans, and sometimes clip sales too, and even loyal fans.

I got silver, my rank is considerably better. I didn't get featured (I rarely do) but I beat the last two months of earnings by a little and my projected payout if much higher than it was prior to uploading anything. I had taken a year off from ph. I didn't participate in a contest, or put out anything too intense this round, but uploaded seven videos total. In a week one of my videos got 7k views and it did translate to more subscribers on OF. I figured I'd share in case anyone wanted to know what starting from zero uploads and no activity in the prior 46 days got me tiers rank wise. I believe you have to maintain for that long to move up. It's still a little confusing for me.
