Hi - posting on behalf of an ex-model who's no longer streaming that I've kept in touch with.
The model was previously streaming with a studio and stopped streaming several months ago. Very recently, someone texted both her and her parents with a message including screencaps from her stream, link to her old account, links to her various social media profiles, the name of her university, names of her friends, etc. demanding payment. She is worried whoever texted her could contact her university and jeopardize her enrollment.
She has since changed her phone number and deleted or locked down her social media accounts. Her old CB account is controlled by the studio (e-mail addresses and passwords). After she stopped streaming, the studio had sent her vague threatening messages and she does not want to contact them as she is worried whoever texted her now may be affiliated with the studio. She is hesitant to go to the police as she does not expect a positive response in her country.
She has reached out to CB support to see if they can delete the account but they are requiring her to e-mail from the e-mail address associated with the CB account which the studio controls. She is able to provide a copy of her passport and other verification information as CB may require, but does not have access to the e-mail account. We've also reached out to Shirley but have yet to hear back from her. She is not looking to reclaim the account, transfer followers, or anything like that - she would simply like it deleted.
Appreciate any suggestions on how to get this resolved quickly.
