Punker Barbie help please

@punker barbie my chaturbate was banned Wednesday 10th today Joe_blow69 is my username for chaturbate I just recently become a moderator for a model a couple of weeks ago then I tried to log in and apparently I’m banned from the site without a notice or email I email support but no reply from them please help I’m going to miss her so much

Did you look in your spam folder? You should have at least received an automatic reply saying they have opened a ticket for you, which would have the number @punker gave to you.

It can take a while to investigate bans. They have to sort through all of your chat/purchase/tokens tipped history before providing an answer. Sending more emails puts you at the back of the line.

O yes I received the automatic reply it just says (One of our customer service specialists will be in touch shortly) but I did accidentally send a second to chaturbate and punker Barbie’s ticket number is different from the chaturbate ones Ok thank you trying to help and explaining some of it to me I needed that Your a hero I really do feel lost at moment

Ha, not a hero, just been there done that and got the emotional scars to prove it. 😉

Whatever you do, do not create a new account. It complicates the process because that account will be banned the moment you try to buy tokens.

I know it sucks, but try to find a different distraction besides refreshing your email every 5 seconds.

O know not to buy tokens with a second account.o I believe you have scar to prove I’ve been crying all day thinking I can’t see the model I been trying to help moderator.would you think it’s a bad idea to make a second account to tell the model I’ve been modding for what happen?

It would be a terrible idea. Does she have X (Twitter) or Snap or WhatsApp? You can tell her there. You should be able to look at her bio without being logged in...

You can make an account on Strip Chat if you are not banned from Strip Chat. The two sites are not connected in any way. But now I think I may know where your ban came from -- she's not allowed to tell you she has an account on another streaming site and you're not allowed to ask.

She never said I found her randomly a few days after meeting her on chaturbate first.but thank you so much for trying to help I needed a friend

Punker Barbie did reply they have send a reply, so they have somewhere, it might have gone into spam or something like this however. or if you have used different mails at different times sometimes that acts up


I would start talking to the girl on stripchat if she is working there too if I were you :)

Nothing in the spam folder or junk Been checking every day The only response I have received was an automatic one with no ticket number I also still have chaturbate tickets from four years ago really don’t think they’ll be in my spam folder

So I sent another message to Chaturbate support.when exactly should I be able to see the ticket number that punker barbie provided or was that just a ticket number for here and not for any actual support

Chaturbate Billing sent me a message saying they gave me a refund Iam so confused now when I try to login, I no longer have tokens and I am also still banned

so apparently Iam banned permanently that’s the reason for the refund.but still no reason for the ban guessing there’s nothing else I could try to get my account back

Still no reason for the ban? "a verified report of harassment" seems to me to be a valid reason for a ban, you might disagree that you harassed someone, but remember that Chaturbate have chatlogs, and most likely video, of everything that happens on the site.

Given the constant badgering on here I'd say that harassment ban is warranted.

Harassment banned for what though I don’t understand iam normally quiet in the chats tell pm or said hi to if they read chats they can see I don’t demand only ask I found 4 models on stripchat that I know they all remember me and they are fine with me being there
