So the thing is that I'm trying to do the age verification with my driver's license The only document I have is this one, but the thing is, they won’t accept it because they say the photo is blurry. No matter how I upload it or what the lighting conditions are, they keep rejecting it. And the truth is, I don’t have a passport or anything else—just this document, which I’ve even used on other platforms. But I want to work with you guys, so please help me review my case. I had the same issue until I did it from my phone in a very well lit room in the middle of the day.

Do you have a small tripod you can put your phone on to keep it steady? I'm sure you've cleaned the lens well, but check for any streaks anyway.
