Hi @punker barbie , could you please help me with an identity verification issue?





Chaturbate is not accepting my Russian passport or my Russian driver’s license during the verification process. The documents are valid and belong to me, but the verification system keeps rejecting them / does not recognize the document type.





Could you please ask the support team if they can manually review my documents or provide another way for me to complete the verification? I am happy to submit the documents through the official verification process or directly to support if necessary.

Is it an international passport or an internal passport?

I don't think CB accepts Russian internal passports or Russian drivers licences as ID anymore

I think it is only the international passport that they accept as ID.

I could be wrong but that is the only thing I can think of for not accepting the ID
