I recently purchased tokens, first try failed, so I did try it again, fails again, then I wanne try it for the 3th time, then I had not enough money on my bankaccount. Meaning the first 2 transaction were booked off from my bankingaccount... But I have still have no tokens...

I did pay with Sofort banking,
2 times for 12.700 tokens ($999,98)
Meaning I expect 25.400 tokens on my account devinny1326. But still no tokens
The 2 transaction happened to IBAN DE10 2022 0800 0000 0191 96
With the name on PPRO Payment Services SA with the amount of €965,78 (each)
The descriptions I have also, but I don't gone say it here, for safety reasons.
