The reason you can't have randos on cam isn't because of credit card companies, it's because there's no way to verify the person's age. These sites MUST have verification for all models in compliance with 2257 regulations to protect minors from exploitation; that way if anyone makes a complaint or claims that a minor appeared on an adult site, MFC et al can prove that to the best of their knowledge everyone was of legal age to perform.

Okay, so...

1) Due to safety concerns and health risks, you'll be hard-pressed to find camgirls who'll be happy to go play with random strangers in bars, bathrooms, and other public places for your amusement/excitement. As thrilling as the excitement/danger might be, that's really just not feasible for many girls.
