Random Incorrect Ban - No Stripchat Support Help!

I have SEVERAL screenshots of my wife and I over the years performing LIVE shows — always a different haircut, scenery, clothes…

I received a PERMANENT BAN in the middle of my livestream on Sunday March 22 at 22:00 GMT

The reason? “Pre-recorded streams”

We cam on IPhone 14’s positioned on a tripod in our apartment bathroom live everyday.

We KNOW we haven’t been able to speak with a REAL actual human bcs only Bots with fake first names reply to our email and say the decision is final and was reviewed.

Any ACTUAL human will see our screenshots and see that we should not be banned and that we are 100% incorrectly banned.

PLEASE SOMEONE FROM STRIPCHAT WHO IS AN ACTUAL HUMAN HELP US!!!

We did NOTHING wrong!!!
