Randomly banned? Any way to fix it?

I did a password show with a model that’s been planned for awhile and I went to log back in to see who was online later in the day and it says I got banned for not having age verification even though I’ve never broadcasted before? I put in my ID but I’m still banned for some reason. Can this be reverted? I have a lot of old pvts in my collection I’d like to keep at least if it’s possible to revert it. I contacted support but idk how long they’ll take.
