Hello to all chaturbate models every single show we do on CB recurbate records it and post it on their site for sell. CB can probably not be able to do anything about it. Let US models ( atleast those that did not want their content stolen and out there) file a dmca complain through the site or to cloudflare. Through their dmca abuse form. If many people do this they will see the illegality and seriousness of the issue. I was shocked to find out that they have all my shows from 8 months ago and some of which have thousands views already. This is total violation of our right and privacy. Punker_barbie can you in reaching out to cb so they know it’s seriou.

They have all the active models on chaturbate on their site in the model index. It’s really disgusting what they are doing. they have telegram news and telegram chat. I think if all of us models bring our case something can be done about i. at least takedown all our videos and at best close down the site forever.

No disrespect, but you posting about it here on a public forum (and you telling everyone the name of the site) is just gonna get more eyeballs on all of your (and other models') recorded shows for free. This thread probably would've been best posted in the Models Only section (If you had been verified on here as a model), with a private message sent to Punker Barbie.

Here is the thing though, the site it’s a subscription base. Even though I posted it in public I’m sure many people like watching live shows, they get a thrill from talking to someone live, otherwise they could go on pornhub to watch prerecorded porns there.( I’m not saying people will not go to check it out). I’m just trying to raise awareness for US models cuz I’m sure many models like me are in the dark that every single show they did it’s been recorded and sold out…. Assuming 10000 models will fill dmca abuse form for this site something will be done...the more people report the better chances we have. XO

That's good to want to raise awareness. But in your original post you're obviously upset about the number of views it's gotten already, and I'm sure other models are upset too. Usually when we discuss this topic in other threads, we aren't handing the info (to every ACF member and lurker) on a silver platter by listing the site names here...we usually refrain from posting the site name out of respect for fellow models who prefer not to have this info made public. That's why I said this is the kind of thing best discussed in the Models Only section. But I realize there are a lot of models on here who aren't verified and can't access the Models Only section.
Some models have suggested that, since this is something that's bound to happen to cam models, you use the opportunity to watermark your stuff. That way, there's the possibility that some of these viewers watching your stuff will visit your cam room, and eventually start tipping you/spending on you there. That's a suggestion I've seen models make...to try to gain something from all of this.

BTW All my contents are watermarked and honestly I don’t really care about the traffic this may generate to me . I just went on to have fun with the few people that come into the room. Let’s blow this site together… the more dmca abuse report they received the better.

Okay, so I do see that there are other threads on here about that site. My bad. I thought it was frowned upon on here to be naming these kinds of shitty sites in the public section (Though I've definitely seen other posts on here where it was frowned upon).
I'm on two different cam forums, though, so maybe I'm thinking of a rule on there instead.

I think you'll find that most sites hosting this content are not subject to American laws, and will ignore your reports.

Theres no thousand views. I mean just look at some of the very unpopular models, im looking at one now that barely gets 3 people in her room and she has some videos on here with 3000 views!? they aren't even the ones with decent thumbnails.
1000 views is probably something meaningless like when people searched someplace and clicked on a rechaturbate link they showed the thumbnail for that someplace on that initial page. Sort of like the AD view counting that overstates everything.
Either this is a nightmare for us models… anyone has any success in takedown their infringed conten. i did some research and alot of the dmca services rarely succeeded in taking down content from such sites cuz most these sites are out of USA where they don’t abide by the USA laws.
I use the Cloudflare form regularly and they just validate your request and forward it to the site owner (and the hosting provider optionally). You also get the hosting contact details in the response but in most cases the owners of these pirate sites chose hostings that will deliverately ignore these requests (some cannot even be contacted).
Taking down the videos using the DMCA form in the site seems the easier option (if you have the patience), though they tend to "forget" some requests or some videos when you send a long list.
They have over 1200 of my videos. I don't personally care about the publicity (I don't think it helps me though to be clear) I think it will take an ungodly amount of dmca'ing to get a dent in that.
their videos are hosted on domains like v02.mediafront.xyz from what I can tell all those subdomains go to a host called hetzner, if I recall hetzner is pretty reasonable i think they will still honor a dmca request. I don't know if the actual page is on hetzner or not though so you may have to get the urls for each video by inspecting the page.

those sites will sometimes have their own DMCA removal link and usually play nice and remove them. if not you can email the host providers abuse email with a well written paragraph from a paralegal or if you can write yourself, asking to remove the content / the host provider will get the site owners attn.
such a let down by the sites to be allowing this to happen and to not even care.

I'm trying to limit regions of availability of my stream to see if that helps. Recurbate is in Russia supposedly so i just turned Russia off in the Chaturbate settings along with China and Malaysia (known for spoof ecomm sites). Hopefully this stops the recordings but it's possible they're using VPNs. I have vids with thousands of views and 700+ followers there without posting a single thing, all stolen content. If this doesn't' work i'm just going to charge an fee upfront to view my streams, see if even 1 token entry will help. Likely will dry up revenue but it will prevent the unsavory from stealing.

This will kill your growth, it is not a viable option.
Their servers are in germany as far as I know but that doesn't mean they download directly from their servers. I think Germany is the 2nd highest tipping country.
Personally idc if anyone knows, it doesn't seem viable to stream publicly and expect no one to find out.
i'm more concerned about them hijacking my revenue. I'm probably just going to move platforms and focus on higher quality content like live streaming/camming. I'm not sure what you're thinking with organizing/lobbying. I'd think if there was enough money in this CB would do this and sell it. Like the Apple approach with iTunes. Just make it convenient for models so we can have them record our streams/make available to customers, encourage subs. This way the revenue moves toward convenience vs 3P stealing and making available. They probably can't do this though because many streams likely violate DMCA too which they're more likely to be held accountable to.
As far as stifling growth, I'm starting to see that regardless. With 4k views on the stolen vids, I'm seeing way lower traffic in live shows. It's already stifled. I'm also thinking about creating overlays that troll recurbate users. Might just live stream that exclusively for a day or 2, make sure it gets recorded and put on their site. The recording is done by bots anyway.
view counts are fake, they seem to have changed it to make them slightly more believable but its still fake. theres no way they have even close to that many subscribers.
Have you seen yourself on recurbate since blocking said countries? I too loathe that website!
