I am respectfully reaching out to request guidance regarding the permanent suspension of my Chaturbate account jake_cummer.
My account was permanently banned on November 11, 2025. According to the notification I received from Chaturbate, the suspension was related to an alleged participation in prohibited roleplay involving minors and an alleged attempt to redirect communications outside of the platform.
I would like to respectfully explain my side of the situation.
A user entered my room and attempted to request inappropriate content involving minors. At no point did I participate in, encourage, or continue that type of interaction. My intention was to reject that behavior because it goes completely against Chaturbate’s rules and my own personal values. I would also like to emphasize that I was the person who reported the user because of their inappropriate behavior.
I have never participated in, performed, promoted, or engaged in any type of roleplay involving minors, either on Chaturbate or outside of the platform. I have also never used social media, email, or any external platform to engage in this type of activity.
I fully understand and support Chaturbate’s zero-tolerance policy regarding anything involving minors. My concern is that my interaction may have been interpreted differently from what actually happened, and I would sincerely appreciate the possibility of an additional review or guidance on how I can properly present my case.
I have been working on Chaturbate for many years and have always tried to maintain professional conduct and comply with the platform’s rules. This suspension has had a very significant impact on my life, as Chaturbate represents approximately 85% of my income.
I have already contacted Chaturbate Support several times and was informed that the decision was final and would not be reversed. However, I would like to ask if there is any additional channel, review process, or escalation path available that could allow my case to be evaluated again with the complete context of what occurred.
I am not asking for special treatment or an exception to the rules. I fully respect the platform’s policies and I am only requesting the opportunity for my case to be reviewed considering my complete side of the events.
