Hello @Stella_SC can kindly please assist, my account got banned yesterday after streaming for a reason I do not understand. I streamed for about an hour and a half, immediately after logging out of SC I received a notice that my account has been permanently banned. An email was sent with the reason for my account being banned and it stated that " Account holder was away during the broadcast" and I feel that this reason is not accurate.
I was present and visible on camera for the duration of my broadcast, I did not leave the screen or violate any rules.
I understand how important it is to follow rules and I always aim to. I am asking that you please review my broadcast footage again and reinstate my account.
