A few days ago, I joined a private session and gave additional tokens for a demonstration. However, while I was still in that private session, the model simultaneously joined another private session with another user on a different page. When I brought this up, I was told the other user had given more tokens.Despite receiving my tokens, the model did not provide the promised service or perform any demonstration. I reported this issue to Chaturbate support but have not yet received a response. As I understand it, a model cannot join multiple private sessions simultaneously and also ı have a provement and screenshoot Can you help me with this?

There are no broadcasting restrictions for models who mulristream outside of one and that is: she cannot direct a Chaturbate viewer to go to the other site to view that stream.

Isn't this contradictory? Before going to the PVT, I asked the model if she wanted to do a show, and the model clearly said yes. However, the model can also appear in another presentation on a different page with a different user. Isn't that deceiving the user? I'm just asking because I don't know; it seems a bit strange to me.

I only sent two emails; in one I explained the situation, and after some time (1-2 days) I sent another email with my evidence (screenshot).

On Chaturbate, no. A model is allowed to multi-stream and CB does not require a model to end streams on other sites during Chaturbate private shows. The show is technically private on Chaturbate.

Now the other sites a model may be streaming on do have restrictions and require a model to close other streams or pause them for exclusive private shows. Chaturbate has no authority on those sites.

Also, please keep in mind that models on Chaturbate do not have to perform anything at all, whether tipped or not, due to consent laws. We reserve the right to revoke consent at any time for any reason.

Choose privates with models carefully. The lower the token per minute rate, the less you're going to get in terms of action and attention. Models work multiple sites because working one site doesn't meet their goals. I don't think it's something to punish, but to verify as thoroughly as possible and if you feel the show isn't going the way you want, leave.

Thank you for getting back to me. I'm really unfamiliar with these topics and don't know much about them, and I certainly don't want to be rude. I appreciate your advice and I understand your point, but isn't this essentially deceiving the customer, or even a form of fraud? Because the purpose of a private session is to be alone, isn't it? People pay for this, and now the models are setting time limits. Even if you realize you've been cheated and leave before the time is up, you still pay the same amount. That's why it seems fraudulent to me; there's no element of trust. Furthermore, models are forbidden from talking about other sites, but simultaneously doing private sessions with multiple people is considered normal. This shows that there's no security measure in place to protect the users. For example ; you book a hotel room, but the room is also given to someone else. When you ask about this, they told you this room is big enough for two people.But you were the first one to book the room, and you asked if the room was available before booking it.

End of the day I think its my fault to trust people and again thank you for share information and also please dont understood my feedback badly I sure you good at your work

Tipping is always Buyer Beware. The only thing I can suggest is don't go private with anyone with a time limit. Get to know how a model runs their room before asking for privates or stick to tipping in public.

You'll probably get a one time courtesy refund but if you keep finding yourself in this situation they won't keep refunding your tokens to you.
