Selling and cosplay pics and vids?

Hi there

I see some models on CB with photosets with them in cosplay, their character's full name is in the title.
I have yet to see a video for sale, is that more risky?

Would I run the risk of getting in trouble over selling some cosplay content?
My cosplays are typically not a complete replica of the character, more of a Disneybound.

As long as you are not portraying an under age character or yourself as under age, it should be fine.

If I may ask another question, I have an art gallery of my original art on there, but would like to include sexy fanart (no underage characters ofc)
Would that be a bad move?

Not a bad move per se, just really niche. If that makes sense. Some people will be into it and others will be turned off by it, but that's kind of the heart of the industry anyway. Not everything or everyone is everyone's cup of tea.
