I came across a review of a restaurant done by a MFC model on Yelp. I know its her because she using the same avatar that she uses on MFC and Twitter as her avatar on Yelp. I also think that the name she is using on Yelp is likely her real name. It happened last month. Should I tell her about it and warn her not to use her MFC/Twitter avatar as her Yelp avatar? I'm really concerned about what could happen to her if other guys discover her identity.

I'd say absolutely tell her. It could be a small thing she's overlooked. I know I would be thankful for the heads up. :)

She might have connected twitter to yelp! I think you can connect yelp to your social media! It might have been an accident! Definitely tell her but like was said above do it private as possible.

I was in that exact situation 4 years ago. I was looking at restaurant reviews on Yelp and bam, there was my favorite model's MFC profile pic on a review. And I'd already heard her accidentally say her own first name a few times on cam, so I recognized that, too. I wasn't sure what to do, but after a day or two I sent some email and hoped for the best. She was happy that I told her about it, but she wasn't concerned. She told me that several other guys also knew her name (and later I learned that several had her address as well) but she hadn't had any problems. (And to this day her Yelp profile pic goes unchanged, although she hasn't used it on MFC now for years.) Over time we became good friends (I just spent a week visiting her in person) so I'd say it worked out well. :)

More recently I had a different, not so good situation. This time I intentionally tried to track down a model (because I was worried that she'd given away a bit too much information, and wanted to reassure myself that I was overreacting) but then I was shocked at how easily I was able to do so. (She had in fact put out some information that made it easier than she realized to find not only her, but her family.) But did I tell her right away? No. I sat on that information for a long time, and then ended up telling her in a rather horrible way at an inopportune time. She was rather angry at me, and for good reason. (My inaction resulted in that information remaining posted for a year or more, where others might have abused it as I did.) We are friends again now (and she's taken down the information that I exploited), but I still feel awful about the whole thing. :(

So yeah, I'd say alerting the model right away is best, and do so in a polite and straightforward manner.
