Snapchat Advice

I tried searching through the forums, but I didn't see anything about this.

How does everyone handle snapchat? How many pics or vids is a good amount to send a day?

I'm really new and sadly have tanked out my cam score trying to figure everything out. Everyone's advice in other threads has been amazing and I'm hoping someone can help me out on this. Thanks so much for your advice in advance!
