Last Wednesday, I cashed out 4,776 tokens and received an error message that seemed like a glitch. My tokens were gone but they weren't showing up under daily income stats. I can see the cashout in my token history though. My period earnings that shows under token stats was the correct amount but didn't match the detailed income stats.
I contacted support and they said as long as I cashed them out, I will get paid that amount. However, I got paid on Friday and was short that cash out. I also checked security events and it doesn't show the cashout even though I definitely cashed out. I can still cashout tokens so I'm not sure what the problem is. I contacted customer support on Friday and have heard nothing. Thank you for your help!
