@HeyAmberCutie @punkerbarbie! I recently submitted a request through Chaturbate regarding my locked current tokens not bring able t0 cashed out. I get the "Unable to cashout. Contact support if the problem continues" message. I haven't been able to transfer tokens since 9/10.
Also, I have not received payment or a confirmation email about my payout that was supposed to be sent on 9/16 for the billing cycle from 8/29 - 9/10. (I know it can take a couple days for payment to be sent to my bank). I keep checking my Spam folder but nothing shows up so that's not the issue with the payment confirmation email.
I have submitted 2 separate requests on the Chaturbate support page for both issues. Can you help me?
