Hello @Stella_SC

I'm reaching out to you because I've exhausted the normal Stripchat support and appeal process, and I'm hoping you might be able to help me get a fair review of my case.

Several model accounts that I manage, belonging to different models and registered under different email addresses, were terminated at exactly the same time. The reason given was fraud, but I genuinely believe this was a mistake.

I had been helping manage these accounts, including uploading videos to the platform. On the day my account was terminated, I was preparing to start streaming for the first time. I had not started streaming or earned any money, and I am not aware of any fraudulent activity on my part.

All the affected models submitted appeals, and I also contacted customer support several times. Unfortunately, we keep receiving automated responses stating that the decisions are final, without a clear explanation of what specific activity triggered the fraud allegation.

Because all the accounts were terminated at exactly the same minute, I am concerned that they may have been linked through a shared device, phone, or IP address, rather than each account being individually investigated.

I fully respect Stripchat's rules and understand the importance of preventing fraud. I am simply asking whether someone could independently review the circumstances and determine whether these accounts were mistakenly flagged.

This has been particularly difficult because streaming was intended to be my source of income, and I had prepared to begin working when the termination happened.

I would sincerely appreciate any guidance or assistance you can offer, even if it is only to help me understand the appropriate route for requesting a genuine manual review.

Thank you for your time and consideration.

I am so sorry this happened to you and I understand how incredibably frustrating this must be for you.
Maybe you should have made your other performers create their own accounts. SC will think that is fruad or some type of scam if they notice the same device with the same mac address or public IP address with accounts in other people's stage names.

Your right, Maxi, I'm sorry, I should have used my own thread. I didn't realize I was posting on someone elses thread.
