We are Liberty_S studio. On July 31, we contacted support because tokens on several accounts were stuck and unavailable for transfer. We received the following response from support:
“There was an issue with the studio which has now been resolved.”
However, three days have passed since then, and the tokens are still stuck.
We also have not yet received the studio payment for the previous payout period, although previously these payments usually arrived during the first few days of the month.
Could you please confirm whether any delays are expected? Is it possible that there is still a system issue affecting our studio that requires a manual review?
We would appreciate it if you could check both the stuck token balances and the pending payment.
