Studio, model and ban, who is responsible?

I have a question about studio accounts. If the model registered through the studio and received a ban(Not a good studio that didn't care about their models), Who takes responsibility, the model or the studio?If the account ban happened due to the fault of the studio, which did nothing to solve the situation, How it works? This is interesting not only to me but also to my friends)) It would be great to know the answer, maybe someone had the same situation

The model and any accounts that are verified on that account will get banned.

Main studio account would not be banned. If that account gets banned then the model accounts linked to that studio will not be banned BUT will also not be able to cash out any tokens that are there
