Hi @punkerbarbie! My user name is strawberryyfoxie and my ticket is #26016929. I know you guys are probably slammed with support tickets from the payout issues and I'm so sorry for adding to that! But I recently applied for a mortgage and need a letter of income verification and verification to access my payout history. I put in the ticket on October 19th and still haven't heard anything.

I need these documents before mid November so just wanted to make sure my ticket is still in the queue to be looked at! Thank you!
