Suspended from broadcasting due to stream key mistake!

Hi there! my partner and I accidentally used a stream key from his solo account and ended up broadcasting for a few seconds with me visible, leading to him being suspended on both accounts. I have now verified on his account as well so it can’t happen again.

Our account is terry_and_elanor and his account is sweet_terence93

I’m really hoping to get him unblocked, most of my income is from couple streaming with him! We have emailed CB support from each account.
