Logged into my account and I can’t tip tokens it says unable to complete request contact chaturbate support. I accidentally hit broadcast and saw this. I contacted support a week and a half ago and no one has gotten back to me on what or where this came from. I’ve never broadcasted and I can’t tip and I’ve been verified for years. Not sure what happened. Please check and see what happened or if they’ve gotten it.

Sometimes accounts are placed in a "protective suspension" for concerns of self-harm, due to depressive thoughts or some such thing. This typically requires time-off from camming and/or counseling, therapy, etc. It might also include necessitating a counseling verification of said therapy. These suspensions typically last several months at a minimum, even with said counseling.

It just makes no sense. I never talk to people and I keep to myself and self harm…who would even talk like that. It’s so weird. Seeing that was a shock to me.

It might just be an oversight. How long were you streaming accidently before logging off. Maybe during a second or two, your facial expression might have show shock from being live, understandably... but interpreted wrong on their end. If that's the case, it will probably be overturned, after the weekend once someone on the support team gets to your message. Good luck.

I have never streamed. I have never went live. My face has never been seen. My account is like 12 or 13 years old and I have never been live nor wanted to go live and I’ve never broadcasted. That’s what is so weird. Hope they get to my message soon because it’s been weeks and I’m still thoroughly confused. I hope they get too it soon. Thanks for everything.

...I accidentally hit broadcast...

That's considered a live stream. It may have been for less than a second, or a few seconds before you cancelled the broadcast stream. That's what I was referring to.

Let’s me specify. I accidentally hit the broadcast tab on my profile and it said that. I never hit the broadcast button and broadcasted. I should have specified. That was my mistake. I cannot stress enough I ya e never broadcasted in this account in any way shape or form. I have never been to that page/tab till the other day.

In that case it's the first time CB has had a look at your space. Could there be something there that would raise such a question?
