Hello @punker barbie we really need your help. Our account alex_sarah_sex just got temporarily suspended and we are totally panicking right now. We’ve been streaming on CB for years with a 100% clean record, and this whole thing is just a stupid, careless mistake.
Long story short: we wanted to stream with another couple (our friends). The guy got verified almost instantly, but his girlfriend kept getting rejected due to "photo quality" (we tried like 5 times with different lighting, angles, etc.).
While we were trying to sort out her ID issues, we were setting up a stream for another platform. Because of a glitch/wrong setting in our multistreaming software, the Chaturbate stream turned on automatically without us noticing. Our unverified female friend ended up on camera and then — the account got flagged and suspended immediately.
Out of pure panic and not knowing what to do, we stupidly deleted her guest profile from our dashboard. We realize now it probably looked bad, but we just freaked out.
We already emailed support with her actual passport and selfies to prove she is of age and that we weren't trying to pull anything shady.
We absolutely love CB and have put years into our account. This was just a horrible tech oversight on our part. Could you please look into this or help us get it reviewed by compliance?
