First of all, there is a huge difference between a ligament and a muscle. There are no muscles in the penis that are cut, which you stated earlier. Secondly, the surgery has nothing to do with sagging tummy flaps covering the dick. Lastly, with the suspensory ligament no longer anchored to the pubic bone, the penis is effectively floating loose, that doesn't mean it always points down. Just sayin'.

Personally, I think dudes are nuts to risk having the surgery. The majority of patients are unhappy with the results anyway and some are just plain deformed afterwards.

Back to the topic...same goes with the ladies and their vag. Unless it is painful and/or the labia is so big it gets in the way, I see no reason for it. To each their own.

It wont be for a while anyway seeing as it costs loads, and doesn't it make you out of action for like 3 months?! So I'd need to make enough for the surgery and to have 3 months off... by then they might have got wrinkly from old age and shrunk, I'm not very good with saving money haha!
