I have been recommended by pretty much half of the internet to come here and ask about my situation, to get more insight into what has happened, as I woke up one day and was banned from CB...
I received this email from chaturbate (I hope it was CB):
"Dear the_dilf:
Thank you for setting up your payment instructions on Chaturbate. We noticed, however, that you are asking that payment be made to a person for whom we do not have age verification or a signed performer agreement. In order to issue payment on your account using the instructions you have provided, we will need to confirm that the payee is over the age of 18 and have them electronically sign our standard performer agreement. You can upload age verification images for the payee and have them sign a performer agreement by visiting the following link:
https://chaturbate.com/identity/. Please email us back once this is done so that we can complete the setup for your payment instructions."
I have two 2nd names on my ID/Passport, my freelance company (we call it "Entreprise individuelle" in Switzerland) has a slight different name, but this is the "company" I use for my taxation for movie/adult work, so I think there was a mix up somewhere but the "reason" I got for my ban on Chaturbate says: "Breach of TOC" and no details, so I am at a loss trying to understand what happened...
If anyone can help me see through it, get in touch with someone who knows, that would be fantastic !
