I’d be cool with having my morning coffee surrounded by cats, but I fear I’d easily miss my next appointment if I made a habit of it

My last cat (I had him for 19 years) used to sit with me every morning while I drank my coffee.
Not only out of companionship though, he had a taste for coffee, and was constantly trying to push his nose into my cup.
I had to remember to remind any guests to not leave coffee unattended, but he was such an opportunist and never stopped trying - at least brown whiskers always gave him away when he'd been successful

I seriously have it on my to-do list to check out one of these “cat cafes” I’ve heard about, and paying X dollars to just interact/play with kittens for X minutes. Sure, I’m allergic, but fuck it.

I've had cats my whole adult life... decades. Amazing little furbabies.
A year ago my doctor ran an allergen panel test on me. Turns out I'm allergic to cats.
I'll keep my kitties. Benefits outweigh the cost

Yesterday someone bought a clip I put out at the end of last November that was basically a celebration of No Nut Nov ending, and was titled "Bye bye no nut Nov".

Yep, honestly, I'm glad. I wish they'd all go on strike from that.
I'm sure Locktober and No Nut November were fun when they started, but it's been years now, and I'm so beyond bored with those themes every year.

ETA; Where is Gen Z when I actually want something cancelled for once? lol Fucking cancel them already, Young-uns!!!
