So, I have been an active viewer on Chaturbate as a "basic user" who has on numerous occasions purchased many different tokens over the years. Recently I decided to stream myself and give it a shot. I began my stream and was having a fine time, had around 33 viewers and thought it was going well.
A person in my chat said that I wasn't able to receive tips/tokens until I verified my ID. So, during the stream, off camera, I went through the process and submitted for verification.
After about 5 minutes, the stream ended and it said my entire account had been banned.
Confused (as I am a 25 year old legal individual), I sent a support email and heard nothing for over 72 hours. Still hearing nothing, wanting to watch and stream alike, I created a new account and attempted to re-submit for ID verification to stream.
Upon creation of this second account and in the section where I am able to se prior ID submissions, it says all 3 of my attempts have been "approved" but at the top there is a red bar that says " ***** ***** ******* person ineligible ".
I do not understand the issue I am having, I have since sent a more extensive and confused secondary email to Chaturbate support and have STILL heard NOTHING in return.
All over the internet on forums and threads, I see that many other people have experienced this issue with some getting a relatively quick resolution.
Is there anyone that can help me with this?
I don't know what I did wrong, as far as I can tell I broke no guidelines or conditions of streaming. Any advice?????????
