My account "Rubensexapeel" (18732034) got unjustified banned. I check all the terms and I did not break the rules.

I have some tokens that I need to cash out for living purposes, and I would love to get my account back and fully functional. Please help me out.

I had the same happen. I was able to contact support questioning why I was banned. They provided me a reason. I had 45,000 tokens in my account that they were holding. I asked for a reconsideration and they granted me one and reversed the ban.
