Hi @AmberCutie
I would like to report a problem concerning my account.
For the past few weeks my room has been having small views even with goid network and sometimes viewers don’t find me even when they search .I would like to ask for help to know what could be the problem.

Thank you for your assistance

Hi, just a friendly reminder that Amber can't help you with that--she doesn't work for Chaturbate. If you think there is a problem, contact support directly. If there actually is something wrong with your account, they are the only ones who can fix it anyway.

What do you mean exactly by "sometimes viewers don’t find me even when they search"? Whatever it is, you need to be specific if you do write to support.

Now, chances are that nothing is wrong with the site and your room is just where it's supposed to be right now. There are, though, a few things you can try and consider.

First, enter as an anonymous user and try finding yourself (use a VPN if you have your country geoblocked). If you actually see your room, then there's almost zero chance your room is showing up to only some viewers.

You may want to check on your Settings & Privacy tab that your cam is allowed to be listed on the home page and set to be shown to men (I'd check the others too, but 'men' is essential), that you don't have active geoblocks set by mistake, and that your room is allowed to appear on network sites.

Try changing some tags. Having 2 or 3 that are niche, that only fill a couple of pages, could be useful. Users are more likely to see you (even) if you are at the bottom of the second page of a niche tag, than if you're on the 7th page of one of the more popular ones.

The cbhours page shows you took a long six-month break from camming and that you've only been online for around 44 hours in the last four months, in periods spaced weeks apart--if that's the case, that's another factor--probably the most important one--that definitely hurts your position. Consistency is key to getting more viewers, but most importantly, to retaining paying users. For a small room, you likely need to invest more time to make it profitable, say 20 hours a week or more along with a somewhat regular schedule.

Thank youu @m3lissa for the heads up .so some of my tippers are having a hard time finding me when they search me and also I have been experiencing less views in my room and also tippers which has never happened to me.You might be right about the 6months camming break.i have been having trouble learning about the camming times so I don’t know the right time for stream right now since the break that was also something I thought was happening.I have tried using VPNs aswell to try and fine me and I can’t
