Unable to cashout. Contact support if the problem continues

[sweetboni]

@punker barbie Hi! Is anyone else having trouble converting tokens to cash on Chaturbate?

I have 29.702 tokens, but I keep getting:
“Unable to convert tokens. If the error persists, please contact technical support.”
My User: sweetbonii

My account is verified, payment info is complete, and I’m not connected to a Studio.

I’ve already contacted Chaturbate Support, but I haven’t received a response.

Has anyone had this happen recently? How long did it take to get fixed?

Hi @punker barbie ! I just wanted to follow up on my previous message in case you missed it.

I'm still experiencing the same issue with converting my tokens to cash on Chaturbate, and I haven't received a response from support yet. My account is verified, my payment information is complete, and I'm not connected to a studio.

Could you please help me look into this or let me know who I should contact to get this resolved? I'd really appreciate any help or update you can provide.

Thank you so much for your time!
