unban help plz

I just made the account this week & my identity was approved & everything was all good.

After 2nd stream, I log in this morning & I'm banned for being a minor.....

Already emailed support. How can I get my account back? I know I look young but I am almost 30 years old.... lol

Bit of a stretch to ban when I've done all of the identification protocols. SOS pls lol @ su _ ki on CB.
