Unfair account ban

So during the week my account @Yahhhhboi got banned for broadcasting outside in a public place. But it wasnt public. It was my own private property. And i have no neighbors and i was fully clothed. After making me verify my identity they quit responding to my email’s completely. I had money in there and this is more than just an sccount ban i have like 6k followers. Thats bills that aint getting paid

What site was this? I coincidentally got my first account ban warning yesterday too, on Streamate. I also feel like it's a little unfair and maybe they didn't really check what happened properly so I've emailed to question it and hopefully get a response soon. Sucks big time that you've just been straight banned without a warning especially if it was incorrect!
