I subscribed to the Support Member Plan on January 26th, but my account was suspended a few days later. Since I couldn't even cancel it, I left it alone. On February 26th, I noticed the monthly fee had been charged to my credit card. I immediately emailed support, but received no response for over a week. It is clearly unfair to continue billing me despite my inability to cancel. I don't care if my account suspension isn't lifted, but I demand immediate cancellation of my subscription and a full refund.
