@punker_barbie hello . I have unreceived payments for pay period 1-15th September 2026 , 16-31st September 2026. received for both of them email confirmation of money being sent and the latest day to arrive is 3rd October for the first and 9th October for the second and if I don't receive them until then to get back to them . I keep mailing them about this situation and asking for proof of payments and tracing money but each time I do I only get asked again if the money is now in my account , that if they answer because usually I only get the generated email that someone will soon get in touch with me . the payment for pay period 1-15th October I haven't received yet email confirmation of money being sent . so what can I do about it ? where is the money ? because they not in my account and seems there's no one to solve the issue because only solution is at their end , not mine . and I consider to have waited more than enough for my money .
