uploaded ID, bought TKs, Account was banned

I was told to contact you here to explain my situation. A long time ago, I had an account named DonHeineOne, which was banned because I was smoking hand-rolled cigarettes that looked like cannabis. Because of this misunderstanding, the account was permanently banned.


At that time, I had already uploaded my ID for verification. Recently, I created a new account called don_uwu and went through the ID verification process again. The verification was approved, but shortly afterward, my account was banned again — even though I had just purchased 100 tokens.


I kindly ask that you review this situation. I hope that don_uwu can be reinstated, or at least that my purchased tokens can be transferred to another account or refunded if reactivation is not possible.

You’re not allowed a new account once you’re banned. So as soon as they knew it was you (when you bought tokens), your new one got booted. I doubt you’ll get what you’re looking for out of this thread but I’ll let it play out.

I’m fully aware that I’m 100% responsible if I end up looking like an idiot and there’s no room for compromise according to the Terms of Service. But as long as there’s even the slightest chance that a “miracle” could happen, I’d like to hold on to that hope.
