I am writing to ask for your help because I have several serious payout-related issues across three different studio accounts, and unfortunately I have not received any meaningful response from Chaturbate Support for more than three days.
Unfortunately, I do not have any support ticket numbers. The only replies I received were automatic acknowledgements or links to Help Center articles about payouts. Those articles did not address my actual issues, and I have not yet received a response from a support agent regarding any of the cases below.
Here are the issues:
1. Golden__Star
• A returned payout of **$178.60** is visible in my Affiliate Stats.
• However, I cannot request or withdraw these funds through Daily Payout.
• My identity verification has been successfully completed, and my new Paxum account has already been verified.
• It appears that the returned payout requires a manual review or release before it becomes available for withdrawal.
2. Little_Shine_Star
• I am also unable to withdraw my returned payout.
• The original Daily Payout request was **$442.95**.
• After the payout was returned, only **$319.05** was credited back to my account.
• **$123.90 is missing**, and I have not received any explanation despite contacting Support and providing all requested information.
3. Scarlet1Pepper
• I cannot activate payouts for this studio.
• Recipient information, tax information, and identity verification have all been completed successfully.
• However, all payout-related fields (payment method, payout currency, payment account, etc.) remain disabled (greyed out), so I cannot select a payment method or activate the payout wallet.
These are three separate issues affecting three different studio accounts.
The payout period is coming to an end, and I need to pay my models. Right now, I cannot access the funds from the first two studio accounts, and I cannot even activate payouts for the third one.
I completely understand that the Support team may be very busy, but this situation has become critical for my studio. I am honestly very worried because I need these funds to pay my models, and at the moment I have no way to do so.
I have screenshots documenting every issue described above, including payout requests, returned payout amounts, Affiliate Stats, completed verification, and the disabled payout settings. I would be happy to provide any screenshots or additional information needed to help investigate these cases.
If there is any way you could help escalate these cases or bring them to the attention of the appropriate Support team, I would be truly grateful.
