I am writing to you to express my disagreement and request an urgent review of a situation that I consider unfair and detrimental to my work.
Recently, a user sent me 10,000 tokens of fraudulent origin. Upon detecting this irregular and suspicious activity, I acted in good faith and in accordance with the platform's rules, immediately reporting the case to support, since I did not want to be involved in any type of lack or non-compliance.
However, to my surprise, the consequence was that my account was banned, while the user responsible for the fraudulent behavior remains active on the platform.
This decision is not only incoherent, but has generated serious employment and economic repercussions for me, since I depend on this platform to work and I am currently unable to generate income.
I consider it deeply unfair that, having acted with transparency, responsibility and respect for the rules, I am the one who receives the sanction, while the dishonest user faces no visible consequences.
I respectfully request:
• Detailed review of the case
• The lifting of the ban applied to my account
• And that the corresponding measures are taken against the user who committed fraud
