Hello @punker barbie @AmberCutie
I need some help.
I’ve been trying to cash out my earned tokens, but I keep getting this error message: “Unable to cash out token. Contact support if the problem continues.”
My account also says there are less than 21 hours left to convert my tokens for the current pay period. I already contacted Chaturbate Support last week, but I haven’t received a response yet.
I’m really worried about missing the payment deadline because of this issue.
Has anyone experienced the same problem before? If so, how did you resolve it? Is there anything I can do to cash out my tokens before the deadline, or is there another way to contact support for urgent assistance?
I would really appreciate any advice or help from anyone who has experienced this situation. Thank you so much!
