My account, personax5566, was created just 2 days ago and haven't interacted or chat with anyone on that site. And yesterday I just bought some tokens and tried to buy a ticket to a private show of a girl I was watching then my account got banned, like almost immediately after I clicked to buy the private ticket.
The email stated that I violated Terms of Use section 10 and I really can't see how I violated that without ever say a single word.
I tried to appeal and they rejected it without any further explanation.
Like, you should be able to check my account's activity and verify that I have never spoke a single word. It's quite clear that Stripchat's AI automate moderator is way trigger happy and I don't know how you guys trust an AI to just permanently ban your user without human supervising.
At this point I just want an explanation from a human who actually look at my case and tell me what I did wrong. And I don't think that I need to point out how this is not good for your business, when your users can be banned from a false positive this easy. Especially when there plenty similar contents but free elsewhere.
