Users name remains visible while in private. I thought your name disappeared from the users list while in private

On CB there’s one particular user name that remains visible while their in pvt with a model I moderate for. Everyone else name will disappear from the users list while they’re in pvt. Just wondering how it this could be possible. I look forward to any insight on this occurrence..Cheers
